Administration Manager

Responsible for coordinating the overall administration of the GCK Core Team and acting as a liason (when necessary) with Event Coordinators. This position requires the successful applicant to havea good grasp on Microsoft Office software, willingness to explore collaborative online tools such as Google Docs, Asana Project Management, DropBox, etc.

Public/Media Relations Manager

Will work closely with the Marketing Director to liase with Media Outlets, Sponsors, Schools, General Public, and especially Kelowna Non-Profits to convey the message of Global Citizen Kelowna. Preference for someone who is familiar with GCK is helpful but not necessary.

Working within the 2012 Marketing Strategy to find suitable Sponsors for GCK, as well as the individual events. Responsible to develop a Sponsorship Structure and Presentation Materials. Will maintain relationship with existing Sponsors, develop relationship with new sponsors and ensure that all conditions of sponsorship are met.
